The Rastriya Swatantra Party has selected Ashika Tamang as its candidate for the House of Representatives election from Dhading Constituency No. 1. She received the party ticket on Monday at the party office, where it was formally handed over by Ganesh Parajuli. Prior to this, Tamang had said she was considering running as an independent candidate from constituencies in Kathmandu.
