"Heavy trucks halted on the Narayanghat–Butwal road section near Vinayi Khola Bridge as temporary restrictions are enforced for repair work in East Bardghat Susta, Nawalparasi."

The District Administration Office of Nawalparasi has temporarily banned the operation of large and heavy goods vehicles on the Narayanghat to Butwal road section in East Bardghat Susta. The decision was made during a meeting chaired by the Chief District Officer and will remain effective until further notice, according to the Road Department’s Project Directorate.

Furthermore, all types of vehicles are prohibited from operating on this road between 7 PM and 5 AM daily. The restrictions are due to frequent damage caused by heavy rainfall to the old Vinayi Khola Bridge and ongoing repair work on the Daunne road.

The Directorate stated that the ban will be lifted only after the new Vinayi Khola Bridge becomes operational and the road repairs are completed. Considering the inconvenience this may cause to travelers, authorities have requested all commuters to use alternative routes whenever possible.
