Kathmandu — Balendra Shah (balen shah) was sworn in as Prime Minister on Friday during an official ceremony at the Presidential Residence, Shital Niwas. President Ram Chandra Paudel administered the oath of office and secrecy at exactly 12:34 PM, in accordance with the pre-scheduled time.
