The CPN-UML Kathmandu District Committee has recommended candidates for all 10 constituencies in the capital for the House of Representatives election scheduled for February 21.
District Chair Deepak Niraula said the recommendations were forwarded to the provincial committee based on decisions taken by constituency-level expanded meetings and formal recommendations from local units. The provincial committee will review the names before sending them to the party’s central secretariat for final approval.
