Prime Minister Sushila Karki Performs Rudrabhishek at Pashupatinath After Peaceful Election

Prime Minister Sushila Karki performed a Rudrabhishek ritual at Pashupatinath Temple following the peaceful completion of Nepal’s House of Representatives election.

Kathmandu — Prime Minister Sushila Karki visited Pashupatinath Temple  and performed a Rudrabhishek ritual following the peaceful completion of the House of Representatives election.

According to the Prime Minister’s Secretariat, she conducted the ritual as an expression of gratitude to Lord Pashupatinath after the election was successfully held across the country. She also thanked all those who contributed to maintaining a peaceful environment during the electoral process.

After the ritual, Karki said continued cooperation from all sides is essential to guide the country toward stability and progress. She expressed hope that Nepal will move forward on a path of greater development in the coming days.

She also emphasized strengthening unity, harmony, and mutual goodwill among Nepalis nationwide.

Minister for Culture, Tourism and Civil Aviation Anil Kumar Sinha, Pashupati Area Development Trust Member Secretary Prakash Mani Sharma, Executive Director Subash Joshi, and other officials were present on the occasion, the Secretariat said.

The House of Representatives election was held on Falgun 21  and was conducted peacefully across the country.
