Nepali Congress to Hold Central Executive Committee Meeting via Zoom on Sunday

Nepali Congress will hold a Central Executive Committee meeting via Zoom on Sunday morning as most members remain outside Kathmandu due to election-related engagements.

Nepali Congress has scheduled a meeting of its Central Executive Committee to be held online on Sunday morning. Acting Chief Secretary Krishna Prasad Dulal said the meeting will take place via Zoom starting at 8:30 a.m.

He explained that the virtual format was chosen as most Central Executive Committee members are currently outside Kathmandu due to election-related responsibilities. The party has requested the participation of office-bearers of the Central Executive Committee in the meeting, which will be conducted with a fixed agenda.

According to the party, three agenda items have been set for discussion: the Nepali Congress House of Representatives Election Mobilization Guidelines–2082, the Nepali Congress Public Program Management Guidelines–2082, and matters related to the formation of the Central Disciplinary Committee.

The meeting comes as the party continues its election-related activities across the country.
