According to Nitesh Kumar Gupta, Chief of the Madhes Province Publicity and Dissemination Department of the Nepali Congress, responsibility for publicity and outreach related to the assembly has been assigned to him, while Yogendra Panjiyar has been given responsibility for stage and venue management.
The meeting also discussed the overall preparation, management, and organizational aspects of the assembly. To ensure the program is effective and successful, it was decided to ensure participation from all 32 electoral constituencies of Madhes Province.
