Kathmandu — The Embassy of Nepal in Kuwait has urged Nepali citizens living in Kuwait who wish to return to Nepal to consider traveling through Saudi Arabia as the situation in the Middle East continues to evolve.
In a notice issued by the embassy, Nepali nationals planning to travel via Saudi Arabia have been advised to apply online for a Saudi visa. According to the embassy, once the visa is approved, travelers can enter Saudi Arabia by road from Kuwait and then depart for Nepal through Saudi airports.
The embassy said the advisory was issued considering the evolving situation in the Middle East and urged Nepali citizens planning to return home to apply for the visa online before making travel arrangements.
