Mayor Gopal Hamal announced through social media that he will table a proposal at the next executive meeting to rename a major city road as “Gen-Z Marg.”

Road Selected for Renaming

According to the proposal, the road starting from Joshi Medical Chowk in Dhangadhi-1, passing through Park Mode, Covered Hall, and connecting to Shahid Gate and Campus Road, will be named Gen-Z Marg. This area also includes the Women’s Entrepreneurship Market operated by the sub-metropolitan city.
